Private Santorini Island Tour with Lunch or Dinner at Ammoudi Bay

Duration: 5

Overview

Explore the most iconic and characterful corners of Santorini on this private 5-hour island tour, designed for travelers who want more than a rushed sightseeing loop. From the iconic Three Bells of Fira to the whitewashed lanes of Oia, you’ll discover the island at a pace that lets you actually take it in.

Your expert local guide will accompany you throughout, sharing the stories, history, and hidden details that make each stop genuinely memorable. Every itinerary is tailored to your group — whether it’s your first visit or a return trip with fresh eyes.

The experience concludes with a meal at a restaurant in Ammoudi Bay, one of Santorini’s most coveted dining settings. Perched at the water’s edge beneath the cliffs of Oia, Ammoudi is where the island’s seafood tradition meets its most dramatic scenery. What to Expect

Your Day at a Glance

A private minivan picks you up from your hotel, port, or airport. Your local guide takes you through three of Santorini’s most iconic spots — the Three Bells of Fira, the traditional village of Megalochori, and the clifftop lanes of Oia — before descending to Ammoudi Bay for lunch or dinner right at the water’s edge. The pace is relaxed, the route is tailored to your group, and the whole experience runs about five hours.

What Makes It Special

Ammoudi Bay is the difference. Most island tours end with a drop-off at your hotel. This one ends with a table at the sea, beneath the cliffs of Oia, with fresh seafood and local wine in front of you. Whether you choose lunch in the midday sun or dinner as the light softens, it’s the kind of ending that stays with you.

The Menu

Both menus are served per 2 guests and include fresh bread, still water, and a shared dessert. Choose the option that suits your appetite.

Itinerary

Three Bells of Fira

One of Santorini's most photographed landmarks, the Three Bells sit at the edge of the caldera in Fira, framed by the deep blue of the Aegean below. A short stop with an outsized visual impact — ideal for photos and a first look at the caldera from above.

Megalochori Village

Megalochori village, Santorini

One of Santorini's most photogenic traditional villages, with a quieter pace and genuine local character. Winding alleys, arched doorways, and bougainvillea-draped walls make it one of the island's most rewarding stops for photography and unhurried exploration.

Oia, Santorini

OiaSantorini's most celebrated village, perched on the northern tip of the caldera. Wander its narrow whitewashed lanes, admire the iconic blue-domed churches, and find the perfect spot to photograph the sweeping views over the Aegean. A natural final village stop before heading down to the sea.

Ammoudi Bay — Lunch or Dinner

The final destination: Ammoudi Bay, a small fishing port nestled at the base of Oia's cliffs, accessible by a winding staircase of 300 steps or a short drive. Your table awaits at a restaurant right on the water, where you'll enjoy a meal featuring fresh local seafood and Santorini's finest wines, with the caldera cliffs rising above you.

Choose lunch for a relaxed midday meal with the Aegean sparkling in the sun, or dinner for a more intimate setting as the light softens and the day winds down.
